About this event
Protecting Your Health — Now and for the Future
Chronic disease and cancer don’t happen overnight. Environmental toxins, inflammatory diet patterns, and hormonal disruption build quietly — often for years before symptoms appear.
Join us for a live educational morning where we’ll explore how integrative medicine approaches cancer prevention and toxic load reduction, with a focus on practical tools, evidence-based nutrition, and the daily habits that compound over time.
