Not Covered

Our Corporate Wellness Initiative is designed for everyday and preventive primary care. It does not cover specialty-level or complex conditions such as autoimmune disease, Lyme disease, or other advanced chronic illnesses. Those conditions are treated separately through our specialty practice.

For a complete solution, many employers pair IDPC with a low-cost major medical plan for hospitalizations and specialty care.

Coverage and Service Limitations

Not Covered

Emergent Care

Emergency room-level care must be provided at the nearest ER or as determined by 911/emergency services.

Fees and services from physicians outside our practice are not included.

Lab fees require full payment at the time of service. Special pricing may be available for members, and insurance coverage can be used for some lab charges, but this is separate from the IDPC program.

Limited communication is available between 9 PM and 7 AM. Patients are provided education to handle urgent matters during these hours.

Temporary fee-for-service options for acute care, wellness visits, and consultations are available until membership is full.

Yes — you’ll need at least 5 employees to qualify for the discounted group rate. If your team is smaller, no problem! You can still enroll at the regular membership rate of $129 per person.

Yes. Employees can add family members at a discounted rate, giving households complete, affordable care.

Enrollment is simple. Once the company setup is complete, employees can begin scheduling appointments within days.
